      Your packaging is high quality and the smell of the zero nicotine vape is wonderful. Unfortunately it is painful to inhale. I’m trying to heal my throat and lungs and stop smoking and I thought with plant based ingredients that it would feel like flavored air but it feels like I’m still vaping and makes me short of breath. I’d like to return the unopened package I bought since I won’t be able to use it.

      Great product, but inconsistent service

      I’m very happy with the product, but seemingly at random it stops working. I’ve tried to diagnose (eg checking power, double click vs single click, etc) but there’s no pattern to the issue. Please send a new device I can count on! I’m going to be a long time customer

      I’m sore I really like the 5000 puff vapes, the smaller ones. The taste is smoother and not as harsh as the bigger ones

      I'm disappointed with my latest shipment. It only contained 80% of product on arrival and it went downhill very fast, it's nearly empty now and I used it infrequently.

      Good idea but falls short

      I like the idea, its a step in the right direction. I got the 5 pack of ultra X blue razz just over a week ago. One unit stopped working with full battery and fluid, two units used up in a about 1 day each, fourth one has lasted just about 2 days. With 1 left and 100 dollars spent for 5 total devices its definitely not worth it. Normal vapes last a week, went through almost 5 of these in a week. Do not recommend unless you have a lot of money to burn on replacements.
