ARRØ Ultra – Strawberry Ice
Totally dead device. Even tried to charge it and still didn’t work. I have had one in each shipment that the device has not worked. Poor quality control.

Already sending me an email for a review and they haven’t even sent me to product to even try it yet. Shipping is taking a long time even after charging me an extra shipping fee
This vape won’t turn on. I have emailed customer service and am waiting to hear back. I am very disappointed as we have been using arro for awhile and haven’t had any problems.
