I hate it it's actually watermelon not just the ice effect stuff I want to a refund and try the one called heaven please but maybe that's just the lac of nicotine in it talking but I wanted it without to see what in particular it does. I'll still get my results I'll make do for the sake of science but the looking forward to it part is really a bigger control than I can do without without wondering if my feelings were in the way. Hello,
I received my order two days ago and, unfortunately, the vape device appears to be defective.
Despite being fully charged, the device does not function. I attempted multiple draws in case there was any airflow blockage, but it still does not produce any vapor. Additionally, when pressing the black button at the bottom, the screen does not activate or display anything.
Given that the product is brand new, I’d appreciate a prompt resolution. Please advise on the process for a replacement or refund.
