Tbh, I got this because I was hitting my dab pen too much as opposed to a nicotine issue.
That being said, so far it's been really nice. The Magic Mint flavor has been great! Kind of like breathing in minty gum, but I like that more than smelling like weed or sickly sweet candy. It's nice to be able to fidget with it and take a hit without accidentally making myself too high.
Out of all the expensive stuff on the market to help you smoking cigarettes , this has been the cheapest and most effective way to stop smoking for me. Especially when you live in house with smokers.
