I ordered two vapes. One for my husband and myself. My husbands worked amazing, mine has consistently stopped producing vapor while recognizing I am ‘hitting’ it. It works less than 50% of the time, recognizing the air flow but not producing any ‘vape’ like benefits to aid in quitting, most importantly no vapor. Causing a completely blank experience as I am trying to actively quit nicotine. This experience has caused me to engage in an additional nicotine vape. Ensure quality control so your customers that might rely on this for quitting get what they are promised.
I just started using it this morning. It's been a couple hours, and my battery is down to 51% and my puffs are down to 92%. There is absolutely NO way this is accurate. What a rip off.
The switch where you turn from pulse to close seems a bit stuck.
The product is good. The quality control not so good. I received one that was not charged and was empty. I went to the website to return it and was directed that it was too late to return the item.
The product is too expensive to not have a better return policy.
