Having been a smoker for 35+ years, quitting was going to be tough, but I did it. Cold turkey. I didn't want to use nicotine patches or gum because I wanted it out of my system. I stumbled across the Arro website and decided to take a shot. So glad I did! No nicotine - I get the throat hit - and the puff. My brain was completely fooled! They also taste great!
