Disappointed! I ordered the Baja berry infinity vape and I got sent an ultra. Which the ultra has 15k puffs and the infinity has 40k. I emailed them and they have yet to respond to email. Also not a fan of how long it took to come in the mail. Then to get a refund I have to send these back just to wait another week and a half to receive my other ones. I am quitting nicotine. So I really needed these or else I was going to go buy a nic vape and of course my order is messed up. So I decided to open one up and just vape it. Won’t order from this company again.

Amount The flavor was very great! And the battery life was amazing! However I do wish there was more juice in it.

Off flavor This has an odd flavor. Definitely not the cherry flavor anticipated. Won’t order this again

This works for me Hi needed to quit smoking for health reasons, not cause I really wanted to. I tried nicotine gum. It wasn't that satisfying for me. But this 0 nicotine vape is everything, It provides me with the hand motion the smoke I need to see and no nicotine. Its great. I decided to quit in steps, In two weeks I quit smoking during day hours. I still smoke 2 cigarettes at night with a glass of wine. I predict in 2 more weeks I wont smoke cigarettes at all and I enjoy the vape Miami mint taste. Try it.... Thank you ARR0

Defective Vape Device – Request for Replacement or Refund Hello, I received my order two days ago and, unfortunately, the vape device appears to be defective. Despite being fully charged, the device does not function. I attempted multiple draws in case there was any airflow blockage, but it still does not produce any vapor. Additionally, when pressing the black button at the bottom, the screen does not activate or display anything. Given that the product is brand new, I’d appreciate a prompt resolution. Please advise on the process for a replacement or refund. Tried tpo upload the video but the form isnt allowing me to do so. Thank you, Alejandra
