It's wildly helpful I very much smoke for the habitual nature of it; about to eat? Have a smoke. Get frustrated? Go for a smoke. Need a break? Have a smoke. Wake up? F***ing smoke! I've replaced 95% of those moments with a puff from an Arro. Yeah I had to deal with some withdrawal affects but just being able to smoke something took the majority of the edge off when it came up. It's been so helpful and it saves me money since these vapes, with heavy smoking, last about two weeks each at 20-30$ making for 10-15$ a week vs the 30-50$ a week I was spending before.
