Very good No cigarettes in almost 3 months. From the first puff Off my very first Arro’ vape, I never had another cigarette. My addiction to nicotine is pretty much non existent. Even when I’m having a cocktail, when the cigarette is a must…. I don’t even think about them. The ugly cough I had is gone also. I’m not short winded and out of breath when I move around any more. A++ I'm trying to quot smoking and did not want a nicotine vape. These are awesome no harsh chemicals also. It helped with me having in hand instead of cigarettes. Wish they had more of there flavors in stock.
