No response from customer support after multiple attempts to resolve. Order #26391, 8/28/25, overwhelming sent of blue razz gush from unopened delivered package. Opened package confirmed sent came from unopened package which is defective or compromised. Please advise?

Stronger taste I’m sore I really like the 5000 puff vapes, the smaller ones. The taste is smoother and not as harsh as the bigger ones

Doesn’t work This vape won’t turn on. I have emailed customer service and am waiting to hear back. I am very disappointed as we have been using arro for awhile and haven’t had any problems.

Mislesding I was told I would receive a refund if I return the items, but only received a partial refund. Very misleading
