my fiance and i are both satisfied about his quitting and it wouldn’t have been as easy without Arrø. he was able to completely ween off nicotine gum (9 days so far) and he’s been using the Arrø vape less. any sudden urge to use it is just waning fixation and not a nicotine craving.
I was pleased to find that these give the same sensation as using a regular vape but without the nic. I only gave 4 stars because I purchased 3 and one arrived a dud :(
